摘　　要：目的 阐述我国临床药学学科建设现状与发展趋势。方法 结合国家卫生和计划生育委员会临床药学重点专科建设项目（2013-2014年）申报资料数据,分析我国临床药学人才队伍建设现状、临床药学工作实践、临床药学研究方向与成果产出。结果与结论 我国临床药学事业发展逐渐成为医院药学的热点与发展方向,临床药学学科发展机遇与挑战并存。OBJECTIVE To address present situation and development trend of clinical pharmacy in Chinese hospitals. METHODS Considering with reporting data from Key Subject Construction Project on Clinical Pharmacy, Ministry of Health and Family Planning Committee （2013 -2014）, we analysis the present situation on talents training and team building, the work practice, research directions and the output of clinical pharmacy. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The development of clinical pharmacy in China has gradually become the focus and direction of hospital pharmacy. Both opportunities and challenges exist in clinical pharmacy.
