摘　　要：目的从人类牙结石中分离培养纳米细菌,初步探讨纳米细菌和牙周炎之间的关系。方法取23例牙周炎患者的唾液和牙结石,分离并培养纳米细菌,扫描电镜观察形态。结果从唾液和结石样本中均观察到了纳米细菌的存在。结论从牙周炎患者的唾液和牙结石中检出纳米细菌,其与牙周炎的相关性有待进一步探讨。Objective To study the relationship between bacterial and periodontitis in human dental calculus. Methods 23 patients with periodontitis were isolated and cultured. The morphology of the nanoparticles was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results The presence of nano bacteria was observed in the samples of saliva and stone. Conclusion The correlation between the saliva and dental calculus in patients with periodontitis is a further study.
