摘　　要：按照环境、主体和行为三方互动的社会认知论观点,社会网络情境下的企业绿色行为可以理解为社会网络、管理者认知与企业绿色行为三方交互作用的结果。根据社会认知论关于环境、人的能动性和观察学习的具体观点,分析网络嵌入、管理者认知和企业绿色行为之间的互动关系,在此基础上构建社会网络、管理者认知与企业绿色行为之间的三方互动模型,从中进一步得到企业绿色行为形成的静态和动态机制。According to social cognitive theory of environment, subject and behavior interactions, firm＇s green behavior under the social network situation can be understood as results caused by the interactions of three parties including social network, manager＇s cognition and firm＇s green behavior. On the basis of the specific point of view of social cognitive theory about the environment and man＇s subjective initiative and observational learning, this paper analyzes the interactions among the network embedded, manager＇s cognition and firm＇s green behavior. Based on this, a three parties interaction model of social network, manager＇s cognition and firm＇s green behavior is established. From this model, the static and dynamic forming paths of firm＇s green behavior are further obtained.
