摘　　要：论述了红花籽一次膨化浸出制油的工艺流程、工艺参数特点，并将膨化浸出制油工艺中应用的膨化机与传统预榨浸出制油工艺中使用的202榨油机进行了比较。膨化浸出制油工艺可降低高含油油料加工的生产成本和维修成本，可生产出高品质的成品油和成品粕。The process flow and process parameter feature of once expansion - extraction of safflower seed oil were discussed. In the same time, the expander used in the process of expansion - extraction and 202 express applieated in the process of traditional prepressing extraction were compared. The results showed that expansion - extraction could reduce the production cost and maintenance cost of high oil content oil- seeds processing and produce high quality oil and meal.
