摘  要:γ-亚麻酸(GLA)是一种具有多种生物活性的ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸,具有广阔的应用空间。系统介绍了GLA的生理功能、生物资源以及分离纯化方法。GLA可以产生一系列对人体有益的物质,具有多种生物活性;目前GLA主要来自天然植物和微生物,利用现代生物技术对已有资源改进是GLA资源开发的重要发展方向;现有的GLA分离纯化手段各有优缺点,单一的富集方法难以满足要求,不同方法综合使用、结合现代化分离提取技术是未来制备高含量GLA的手段。γ -linolenic acid(GLA) is a kind of omega -6 fatty acid with many biological activities, and it has broad application prospects. The physiological function, biological resources, separation and purifi- cation of GLA were described. GLA could be transformed to a series of beneficial substances in human body. GLA was mainly separated from natural plants and microorganisms, and an important developing direction of GLA was modifieating the existed resource using modem biotechnology. The current methods of separation and purification of GLA were also imperfect, single enrichment method was difficult to meet the requirements, and the integrated methods combined with modem technology of separation and purifi- cation would be a common method for preparation of high content GLA.
