摘　　要：二十年来,我国新建本科院校教学质量监控体系研究取得了丰硕成果,出现了一批具有较高质量的论著,提出了许多教学质量监控体系研究与实践的新途径。然而,我国当前新建本科院校教学质量监控体系研究仍有许多不足,对教学质量监控内涵的理解过于单一,评价标准的研究不够深入,注重于"教"的监控,忽视对"学"的监控,缺乏社会评价等机制,这些都有待进一步改进和深化。In the recent twenty years, China newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate have achieved a lot in teaching quality monitoring system research known as works of high quality and some new ways of research and practice. But there are some aspects to be improved. The connotation of teaching quality monitoring and its’ evaluation criteria should be expanded as well as the monitoring focus should be on both “teaching and learning” with social evaluation.
