摘  要:以实践育人为背景,针对高职毕业设计存在的诸多问题,在宏观上构建实践育人体制机制、创新实践技能培养体系,为毕业设计改革提供原动力;微观上,从毕业设计改革与实践手段入手,建立完备的毕业生保障体系。系统论述了南京信息职业技术学院"基于利益捆绑的双主体办学""校企混编师资团队"的校企合作体制机制创新对提高毕业设计质量的推动作用以及具体的改革措施,为高职毕业设计改革提供借鉴。As for a great deal of questions existing in the graduation designs of vocational college students tinder the premise of practical education, the paper aims to provide motive force for the reform of the graduation design on a macro level by creating the system and mechanism of educating students through practice and innovating the training system of practical skills; while it is to build a complete security system of graduates on a micro level, starting from the means of graduation design reform and practice. The paper systematically discusses the greatest impact of college-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism innovation on improving the quality of graduate designs and puts forward some specific reform measures in order to provide the reference for the reform of higher vocational graduation design, taking" Double Main Body Education Based on Interests" and" Mixed Teaching Staff of College and Enterprise" as examples.
