摘　　要：高职院校在我国高等教育体系中是一个非常重要的组成部分,其主要任务是为我国社会主义建设培养建设者和接班人。近年来,随着我国教育事业的发展,明确提出了职业教育要采用"工学结合,校企合作"的教学改革,在这种情况下,就对高职院校的师资力量提出了更高的要求。团队是为了实现某一目标,由不同的人员通过共同协作形成的—个高效群体。要想从整体上促进高职院校的发展,就必须要构建更加合理的高职院校专业教学团队,会计专业教学也是如此。本文以高职院校会计专业教学为例,对专业教学团队建设的必要性及其现阶段存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出一些有效途径,从而能够从整体上促进高职会计教学质量和核心竞争力的提高。Higher vocational schools are a very important part of higher education system in China.The main task of higher vocational schools is to cultivate constructors and successors for socialist construction of China.In recent years, with the development of education in China ,the educational reform that vocational education shall adopt ＂combination learning with working and cooperation between schools and enterprises＂ is clearly put forward.Under this condition,higher requirements for faculty of higher vocational schools are put forward.A team is an efficient group formed by different persons to achieve a certain goal through cooperation.To promote the development of higher vocational schools on the whole,a more reasonable specialized teaching team in higher vocational schools must be built, so is in accounting teaching.This article analyzes the necessity of construction of professional teaching team and problems existing in current period ,focusing on accounting teaching in higher vocational schools.Some efficient ways are proposed based on the analysis so that the quality and core competitiveness of accounting teaching in higher vocational schools can be improved on the whole.
