摘　　要：顶岗实习实践是高职院校实践教学的重要环节,是学生理论联系实际,理论知识、技能提升,进一步掌握学习方法,提高独立解决问题等综合能力的有效途径。设计好顶岗实习教学管理组织框架,将有力引导学生在顶岗实习期间明确实践学习目的,规划好学习内容,进而有效促进学生学会求知、做事,学会共处,学会生存。Practice is an important teaching process in practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, and it is an effective method for students to apply theory to practice, to learn theoretical knowledge, to improve skills, to further grasp the learning methods, and to increase the comprehensive ability to solve problems independently. Design the framework of teaching management of practice will effectively guide students to know the purpose of it and to make a study content. Therefore, it can effectively promote students to learn knowledge, to do things, to coexist, and to survive.
