FGFR3、Rb及E2F-1在膀胱肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨FGFR3、Rb及E2F-1蛋白在膀胱肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:以不同浓度的FGFR3、Rb及E2F-1蛋白,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测122例膀胱肿瘤组织中三种蛋白的表达。结果:FGFR3和E2F-1蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌与乳头状瘤组中表达的阳性率分别为81.5%(75/92)、56.7%(17/30)和70.7%(65/92)、46.7%(14/30),移行细胞癌组的表达明显高于乳头状瘤组,组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.008;P=0.017)。在移行细胞癌和乳头状瘤中Rb蛋白的阳性表达率分别为68.5%(63/92)和93.3%(28/30),移行细胞癌组的表达低于乳头状瘤组,组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。Spearman等级相关分析显示FGFR3与E2F-1蛋白在膀胱肿瘤组织中的表达呈正相关关系(r=1.000,P<0.05)。Rb与FGFR3、E2F-1蛋白在膀胱肿瘤组织中的表达呈负相关关系(r=-1.000,P<0.05,r=-1.000,P<0.05)。结论:FGFR3、Rb及E2F-1蛋白的表达情况显示膀胱移行细胞癌的发生发展可能与之有关,将三者联合检测对于膀胱移行细胞癌的诊断及判断恶性程度有一定的实用价值。Objective：To detect the function and clinical biological significance of FGFR3、Rb and E2F - 1 pro-tein in bladder tumor. Methods：Using different concentrations of FGFR3,Rb and E2F - 1 protein,to detect their ex-pression in 122 cases bladder tumor by SP immunohistochemical method. Results：The positive rate of FGFR3 and E2F - 1 in transitional cell cancer was 81. 5%（75 / 92）,70. 7%（65 / 92）,which was significantly higher than 56. 7%（17 / 30）and 46. 7%（14 / 30）in bladder papillary epithe - lioma（P = 0. 008;P = 0. 017）. The positive expression rates of Rb protein in transitional cell cancer and papilloma were 68. 5%（63 / 92）,93. 3%（28 / 30）,the difference was statistically significant（ P = 0 . 007 ）. FGFR3 positively correlated with E2 F - 1（r = 1. 000,P 〈 0. 05）;Rb negatively correlated with FGFR3（r = - 1. 000,P 〈 0. 05）and E2F - 1（r = - 1. 000,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The up - regulation of FGFR3 and E2F - 1 expression and down - regulation of Rb expression may be associated with de-velopment of bladder cancer and can be a biological marker in diagnosis and judging malignancy degree of bladder cancer.
