摘  要:民国时期是贵州茅台酒发展的一个重要时期,形成了成义、荣和、恒兴3家烧房鼎足而立的发展态势,时人对茅台酒的发展前景寄予厚望。但茅台酒的发展却受酒税制度、交通、经营方针与策略、原料、包装、价格等诸多因素的影响和制约,难以长足发展。The period of Republic of China is an important period in the development of Maotai liquor. At that time, the manufacturers of Mao-tai liquor turned into an open three-horse race including Chengyi workshop, Ronghe workshop, and Hengxing workshop. And people placed high hopes for the development foreground of Maotai liquor. However, the development of Maotai liquor was restricted by multiple factors such as tax system, traffic, operating policies and strategies, raw materials, packaging, and price etc., thus substantial development of Maotai li-quor was hard to achieve.
