摘 要:建立了牛乳中残留农药乙草胺的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC—Ms)检测方法。牛乳样品经乙腈振荡提取,氮吹浓缩,基质分散剂(基质分散剂由无水硫酸镁、PSA和Cleanert PestiCarbX;墨化炭黑组成)净化,气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,外标法定量。结果表明,乙草胺在5-300μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^2)为0.9991,平均回收率范围为93.42%-98.82%,相对标准偏差范围为2.00%-2.61%,乙草胺在4℃条件下30d内稳定性良好。该方法简单、灵敏、实用性强,适用于牛乳中乙草胺的检测分析。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was established for determination of acetochlor in bovine milk. The bovine milk was firstly extracted with acetonitrile by oscillation, concentrated under a gentle stream of nitrogen, then purified by matrix dis- persants (including anhydrous magnesium sulfate, PSA and Cleanert PestiCarb). The acetochlor was detected by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method. The results showed the calibration curve had good linearity in the range of 5 to 300 μ g/L, linear correlation coeffi- cient was 0.9991, and average recoveries were in the range of 93.42% to 98.82% with a RSD of 2.00% to 2.61%. Acetochlor was stable with- in 30 days under the condition of 4℃. The method is sample, sensitive, practical and can be successfully applied for the determination oface- tochlor in bovine milk.
