摘　　要：建立了快速检测乳制品中三聚氰胺的胶体金免疫层析试纸条分析方法。通过实验研究了方法的灵敏度、重复性和特异性。结果表明，用免疫胶体金法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺的检出限为50-200μg／kg，方法重现性好。选用了8种干扰物对胶体金免疫层析试剂条进行了特异性实验，发现尿素对胶体金免疫层析试纸条检测液态奶时存在干扰，其他物质没有干扰。使用胶体金免疫层析法和高效液相色谱法同时检测加标样品，结果一致。方法适用于乳制品中三聚氰胺的快速检测。A colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay （GICA）reagent strip for rapid determination of melamine in dairy products. Through experimental study of the method of sensitivity, repeatability and specificity, the results showed that determination of melamine in dairy products by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay the detection bruits for 50-200 μg/kg, and reproducibility is good. Using 8 kinds of interferences of colloidal gold immunochromatographic reagent strip for the specific experiment, discovered the presence of urea interference on colloidal gold immunochromatographic reagent strip for detection of liquid milk, other substances without any interference. Simultaneous determination of the spiked samples by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, the results obtained by these two methods were in good agreement. This method is suitable for rapid detection of melamine in dairy products.
