摘　　要：教育治理体系建设的实践研究是教育治理现代化研究的必由之路,教育舆论环境建设是构建教育治理体系的必要环节,是当前教育治理现代化的实践研究中意义深远、却较为缺乏的部分。教育舆论对教育治理现代化的推动作用表现为公众直接参与推动教育管理科学化,舆论影响力推动解决教育具体问题,舆论监督推动规范和完善教育治理体系等。推进教育治理现代化,需要顺应教育舆论发展特点,为教育治理体系的逐步完善营造良好教育舆论环境。只有真正拓宽社会舆论的表达渠道、规范社会媒体的报道行为、提升公众的媒介素养,才能充分调动各方面支持教育改革发展的积极性和创造性,为教育治理创设最佳舆论土壤,进而真正实现教育事业的均衡发展和协调发展。Practice of the construction of the education governance system research is the important way for modern research education governance. Education public opinion environment construction is to build the necessary link of education governance system, and the profound study of the current education governance modernization, but relatively lack of parts. Public opinion of education role in promoting the modernization of education management is directly involved in promoting public education, the scientific management of public opinion influence promote education concrete problems, supervision by public opinion drive specification and improving the education management system, etc. Promoting the modernization of education governance, needs to adapt to the development of the public opinion of education, and create a good environment of education opinion for gradually improving the education governance system. Only real broadening the channels for the expression of public opinion, regulating the behavior of social media, improve the public＇s media literacy, in order to fully arouse the enthusiasm of all aspects of support the development of the education reform and creativity, to education governance to create the best soil by public opinion, and then realize the balanced development of education undertakings and coordinated development.
