加拿大安大略省《全日制幼儿园大纲(草案)》述评

摘　　要：为转变传统早期教育服务体系繁复、运作低效、各部门职能分离、保育教育分离的现状,促进安大略省建立全面、连续、整合的早期教育体系,保障4至5岁幼儿公平享受学前教育权利,加拿大安大略省教育部于2010年颁布实施《全日制幼儿园大纲(草案)》。该大纲旨在在全省小学内部设立免费的全日制幼儿园,并开展拓展项目,为所有幼儿提供免费的早期学习机会,以顺利实现幼小转换,为其早期学习和终身发展奠定基础。In order to change the complicated and inefficient traditional early education service system, change the separated function of each department, and then promote to establish a comprehensive and integrated early education system, guarantee the children＇s right of fair education, Ontario Department of Education introduced Full-Day Early Learning-Kindergarten Program （ Draft Version ） in 2010 . Accompanying with the Extended Day Program, the goal of this action is to set up a free full-day kindergarten in all primary school for all children that smoothing their process to Grade 1 and laying a foundation for their lifelong development.
