摘　　要：阐述了构建翻转课堂教学模式的理论依据和原则,提出了以实践为主导的成人教育翻转教学法设计思路,从成人学习者的心理特点出发,围绕以实践为主导的翻转教学,对如何运用翻转教学理念实施有效的成人教学进行了研究,并从学习者角度和教师角度对成人教育翻转教学法实施成效进行了总结。T he theoretical bases and principles in constructing flipping classroom teaching mode are ex‐pounded ,the idea of flipping continuing teaching method w hich puts practice as the major concern is put for‐ward .Starting from the psychological characteristics of adult learners and focusing on the flipping teaching w hich takes practice as the major attention ,researches are made on how to apply flipping teaching idea and carry out effective continuing education .And summaries are made respectively from the learners＇and teachers＇angles on the effectiveness of flipping teaching in continuing education .
