摘　　要：有机化学作为应用化学、制药工程等专业的一门专业基础课程,自身具有特有的知识体系和特点。在科学技术快速发展的今天,社会发展对人才培养提出了更高的要求,为了提高教学质量和学生对知识的应用能力,培养具有创新能力的人才,在有机化学的教学内容、课堂教学方法和对学生创新能力的培养方面进行了初步探讨,取得了较好的效果。Organic chemistry is an important fundamental course of applied chemistry and pharmaceutical engineering. It has its own characteristics and special knowledge system. Social development put forward higher requirements of personnel training with the development of science and technology. In order to improve the quality of teaching, students＇ application knowledge ability and cultivate talented person who has the ability of innovation, the teaching methods, teaching content of organic chemistry and cultivating students＇ innovation ability has been studied. The good result of teaching reformation has been obtained.
