摘 要:目的:比较并评价不同运动方式对非急性期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的影响。方法:将1000例非急性期膝关节性关节炎患者经过筛选匹配分为非运动组和运动组,每组各500例。非运动组研究对象除日常生活与工作外,无其他锻炼活动;运动组研究对象按各自的体育爱好,从瑜伽、羽毛球、游泳、慢跑四项运动中选择一项,为运动组研究对象的每个成员制定一份个体化的运动方案,但保证运动组所有成员的运动强度评分相等。每3个月进行一次KOOS评分,将运动组与非运动组、运动组研究对象中不同运动之间进行统计分析。结果:运动组与非运动组研究对象数据在入组时KOOS评分、BMI、年龄对比均无差别,在3个月时两组数据的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在6、9、12个月时两组数据在KOOS评分及BMI方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参加羽毛球、游泳、慢跑三项运动的运动组研究对象,入组时与12个月时KOOS评分差异具有统计学意义,而参加瑜伽的运动组研究对象前后两组数据的差异无统计学意义。结论:长时间的运动可改善运动组研究对象的膝关节功能状况,羽毛球、游泳、慢跑三项运动作用明显,瑜伽运动作用不明显。Objective: To compare and evaluate effects of different exercises on non-acute knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Af-ter screening, non-exercise group and exercise group were selected with 500 people in each group. Except daily life and work, non-exercise group had no other exercises, while exercise group selected an item from yoga, badminton, swimming, jogging according to their sport hobbies. Moreover, each member in the exercise group was given an individualized exercise program, but to ensure that all members of the exercise group were equal in the exercise intensity score. A KOOS score was assessed every 3 months, and the differ-ences between exercise group and non exercise group, and among different exercises in exercise group were statistically analyzed. Re-sults: At entry, there were no differences in the KOOS score, BMI and age between the two groups; at 3rd months, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0. 05); at 6th, 9th and 12th month, the differences in the KOOS score and BMI were statistically significant (P<0. 05). For the cases selecting badminton, swimming, and jogging, the differences in the KOOS score at entry and 12th month were statistically significant; however, for those selecting yoga, the differences before and after the exercise were not statis-tically significant. Conclusions: Long-term exercise can improve the function of knee joint, during which, badminton, swimming and jogging are obviously effective, but yoga effect is not obvious.
