摘 要:学校改进于上世纪七八十年代成为重要的研究领域,随着教育改革的推进,近年来更是受到学者关注。对学校持续改进内涵的探讨,彰显了学校在改进过程中的主体地位,以及改进的目标指向。在众多影响学校持续改进的因素中,以校长、中层领导、领袖教师等为代表的学校内部能动者是推动学校持续改进的核心力量。校内能动者的能量构成主要包括领导能量和专业能量。不断增强校内能动者的领导能量和专业能量,是实现学校持续改进的关键。School Improvement has become an important research area since 1970s. With the acceleration of the education reform, this topic has drawn more and more attention from the academic community. The discussion on the meaning of school improvement has underscored the importance of taking school as the center in the process, while at the same time highlighting the objectives of school improvement, namely to strengthen the capacity to manage change and to improve students' learning outcome. Among various influential factors, inner change agents, including the principals, middle managers and teacher leaders are regarded as the core force to sustain continuous school improvement. The capacity of these inner change agents is made up of leadership capacity and professional capacity. To keep improving the capacity of inner change agents should be the key to the realization of continuous school improvement.
