和田地区农村双语教育的现状与对策——以喀尔赛镇为例

摘　　要：通过对和田地区墨玉县喀尔赛镇双语教育深入的实地调查,为新疆的南疆地区,尤其是和田地区的农村双语教育提供一个样本,为第二次新疆工作会议关于教育方面重要政策的贯彻落实提供依据。Through field investigation in bilingual education in the Town of Karsay in Moyu County of Hotan region, the author tries to provide a sample for rural bilingual education to south Xinjiang, especially Hotan region, and promote realizing the important policies about education made in the second Xinjiang Work Conference.
