摘　　要：探讨我国体育教学模式的优化过程,离不开教与学活动中的各个要素.通过对体育教学模式中的课程设置的框架和类型、教学过程和教学方法体系进行详细分析,总结出体育教学模式的优化,离不开教学活动的主体——学生、教学活动的主导——教师,以及教学活动所需的教材、媒体、器材等.It is argued that the optimization of university sports teaching mode needs the combination of various elements of teaching and learning activities. The framework and the type in the curriculum system, the teaching process and teaching method show that the optimization needs the subjects of teaching activities - students, the teaching directors - teachers and the required textbook, media, equipment and other aspects of teaching activities.
