摘　　要：结合吉林大学生物实验教学中心15年建设的实践,从实践教学体系、实践教学方法、平台建设、管理模式、运行机制和示范作用等方面综合改革与创新的历程,阐述了要铭记发展过程中的经验与教训,珍惜现在来之不易的辉煌成就,把握未来发展的方向与机遇,不断探索新时期人才培养新模式、新机制,在实践育人的大潮中,砥砺前行,勇攀高峰。This paper elaborates on the process of reform and innovation that is found from the following aspects ：practical teaching methods , platform construction , management mode and operation mechanism combined with 15 years development of Center Laboratory of General Biology of Jilin University . The experience and lessons should be kept in memory ,and the brilliant achievements should be treasured .In the future ,keeping the orientation and seizing opportunities are necessary .Meanwhile ,it should unremittingly probe into new talent training modes and mechanism to bravely meet the new challenges .
