摘　　要：将创新能力培养作为一项系统工程,基于协同理论构建了高等院校、中小学和企业在内的实践创新能力多元协同培养体系,并结合实践能力结构特点,提出了"分层渐进"的能力培养方案,以期提高大学生创新能力培养绩效。Regarding the innovative ability training as a system engineering , it should build the multiple cooperative institutions of the cultivation of the practical and innovative ability including higher college , primary and secondary schools and enterprises based on the collaborative theory .This article puts forward the“layered” ability training plan according to the characteristic of practical ability , in order to improve the training performance of innovative capability of college students .
