医学生心理应激与心理和谐的关系:复原力的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医学生心理应激、复原力与心理和谐之间的关系。方法:采用中国大学生心理应激量表(CCSPSS)、亚洲复原力量表和青少年学生心理和谐问卷对931名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:1心理应激与复原力各维度、心理和谐各维度均呈负相关(r=-0.184^-0.113,P<0.01),复原力各维度与心理和谐各维度均呈正相关(r=0.442~0.648,P<0.001);2复原力的情绪管制维度在心理应激与心理和谐的内心和谐维度间起部分中介作用,在心理应激与心理和谐的人际和谐维度间起完全中介作用。结论:在心理应激对心理和谐的内心和谐维度与人际和谐维度的影响中,复原力的情绪管制维度起了不同的中介作用。Objective：To explore the relationship between psychological stress,resilience and psycho- logical harmony of medical students. Methods ：931 medical students were investigated by Chinese College Students Psychological Stress Scale（ CCSPSS）, Asian Resilience Scale and Psychological Harmony Ques- tionnaire for Adolescent Students. Results：① All dimensions of resilience and all dimensions of psycho- logical harmony were negatively correlated（ r = -0. 184 ~ -0.113 ,P 〈 0.01 ） to psychological stress, all di- mensions of psychological harmony were positively correlated （ r = 0. 442 ~ 0. 648, P 〈 0. 001 ） to all di- mensions of resilience.② Mood control dimension of resilience took part in an partial intermediary role on the relationship between psychological stress and internal mental harmony dimension of psychological har- mony, on the other hand, mood control dimension of resilience took part in an completely mediating role on the relationship between psychological stress and interpersonal mental harmony dimension of psycho- logical harmony. Conclusion： Mood control dimension of resilience plays different mediating roles between psychological stress and psychological harmony -internal mental harmony, interpersonal mental harmony.
