摘　　要：1本文以连锁经营管理专业为例研究高职院校校企合作中企业动力机制，指出企业动力是校企合作成功的关键因素。通过分析目前校企合作中企业动力缺乏存在的原因，提出完善支持校企合作的政策机制、调动企业参与校企合作的利益机制、建立校企合作的全面服务机制、形成以企业为主的学生培养机制．完善校企合作的动力机制．提高企业参与合作的积极性。The thesis takes the major of chain business management as a case to research the enter- prises＇ power mechanism on the cooperation between enterprises and higher vocational colleges; point out the power of enterprise is the key factor. By analyzing the reasons of enterprises＇ lack power on the coop- eration between enterprises and colleges at present, the policy is put forward to perfect and support the cooperation between enterprises and colleges;the enterprises＇ benefit is aroused to cooperation with col- leges;their full service mechanism is build; the students cultivation mechanism mainly by enterprises is formed;their power mechanism is perfected and the enterprises＇ enthusiasm is increased to participation in the cooperation.
