摘　　要：为了使技能竞赛管理工作进一步规范化，充分发挥技能竞赛的导向作用，本文以目前高职院校教育改革为大背景，以温州科技职业学院现有专业为研究载体，对高职院校技能竞赛的管理运作模式展开了具体、深入、细致的研究，分析技能竞赛工作中出现的问题，并对技能竞赛工作中的组织管理体系、激励机制、参赛机制、开放场地等四个方面进行研究，探索出适应农科教一体化的创新型高职院校技能竞赛的管理运作模式。With the existing major in Wenzhou vocational college of science and technology as a car-tier, Research in higher vocational college skills competition management mode. Analysis the skills compe-tition problems arising from the work, Research the Organization system, incentive mechanism, competitionmechanism, and the open field. Explore innovative management model of higher vocational college skillscompetition management mode to adapt to the suggests integration.
