摘  要:针对目前高职院校普遍存在的学生实训项目不真、教师实践能力不强、创新创业不力等现象,作者率先提出“训研创”一体的实训综合体建设策略,通过校企协同实现校企生“三赢”。并以网络技术专业为栽体.全面阐述“以能力培养为目标、以实践综合体为载体、以奖励学分制为纽带”的三个课堂联动的实践创新能力培养体系的探索与实践。In order to solve the common problems of practice teaching, such as the training projects isnot true, the teachers' practical ability is not strong, innovative education is ineffective. The constructionstrategy of "training-research-innovation'trinity is proposed, which can achieve tripartite win for school-en-terprise-students through school-enterprise collaboration. And take the network technology specialty as anexample,a comprehensive exposition of the culture system for practical innovative ability is introduced. Thissystem takes the capacity building as the goal, training complex as the carrier, and the reward credit asthe link to promote the three classroom linkage. Practice has proved that this culture system is effective.
