摘　　要：高校图书馆是知识信息服务的窗口，也是进行教育的阵地，图书馆员肩负着服务和育人的职责，应该具备较高的礼仪素养。要充分认识礼仪素养的重要意义，自觉加强礼仪素养的学习陶冶，更好地承担起服务广大师生的职能，为校园文化建设作贡献。The library of higher school is the knowledge information service window, and the educationfront. The librarian bears？the？responsibility？for service and educate people, so they should have higher eti-quette and quality.
