摘 要:[目的]了解文科、理科护理专业学生的学习风格和偏好。[方法]采用Kolb学习风格量表对新入学文科、理科护理专业学生进行问卷调查。[结果]专科学校护理专业学生的学习风格分布以发散型和同化型风格居多,聚合型和顺应型风格偏少;文科和理科护理学生的学习风格分布有差异(P<0.05),文科护生发散型最多,理科护生同化型最多。[结论]1年级护生的学习风格与人才培养目标不太适应,文理科护生的学习风格有一定差异,教师对文理科护生要因材施教,并根据人才培养要求有意识地引导学生塑造和本专业学习更匹配的学习风格。Objective:To know about the learning styles and preference of nursing students in arts and sciences.Methods:The new nursing students in arts and sciences received the questionnaire by using the Kolb learning style scale.Results:The distribution of learning styles of nursing students in junior colleges were mainly based on divergence and assimilation,and the aggregation and adaptation style were less.There was difference in learning styles of students between in arts and sciences(P<0.05).The learning style of nursing students in arts was the divergent type.The learning style of nursing students in sciences was the assimilation model.Conclusion:The learning style of nursing students in Grade 1 is not suitable for the cultivation of talents.There are some differences in learning styles of students between in sciences and arts.Teachers should teach nursing students in arts and sciences in accordance with their aptitude,and according to the talents training requirements to guide students to shape professional-related learning style.
