摘  要:"校企合作、工学结合"已成为中职学校服装专业内涵建设和人才培养工作的重点。教学团队建设是实施校企合作的基础和起点。中职服装教师团队建设尚存一些问题。用雁阵原理加强产学研结合,提升教师团队水平及影响辐射能力,有助于更好地推进中职服装专业教师团队的建设与发展。"School-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination" have become the focus of connotation construction and talent training in secondary vocational garment specialty. Teaching faculty construction is the base and the starting point to implement school-enterprise cooperation. There are still some problems existing in the teaching faculty construction in secondary vocational garment specialty. Adopting the flying geese theory can strengthen the integration of production, learning and research, improve the level of the teaching faculty and their influence of radiation ability, and promote the construction and development of the teaching faculty in secondary vocational garment specialty.
