摘 要:[目的]优化皖南B2F烟叶叶片复烤工艺参数。[方法]以皖南烟叶为研究对象,对叶片复烤的关键工艺参数进行正交设计试验,从叶片结构、感官质量和含水率控制3个方面进行质量分析,运用极差分析,并进行验证,确立影响烟叶品质的主次因素和最优的参数组合。[结果]在试验条件下,影响大中片率的主要因素是热风温度,随着热风温度的提高,大中片率呈下降趋势;影响感官质量的主要因素是进料含水率、热风温度,其次是热风风速、底带频率,进料含水率越大或热风温度过高、过低对感官质量不利;热风风速对含水率控制影响较大,风速过大,含水率控制越不稳定;叶片复烤工序最优参数组合为进料含水率16.0%、底带频率35 Hz、热风温度80℃、热风风速30 Hz。[结论]研究可为焦甜香烟叶原料打叶复烤工艺参数设计提供一定的参考依据。[Objective] To optimize Southern Anhni B2F tobacco leaf threshing and redrying technical parameters. [Method] With Southern Anhui as study object, the orthogonal design test was conducted on key technical parameters of tobacco leaf threshing and redrying. The quality was analyzed from three aspects of leaf structure, sensory quality and moisture control. Using range analysis to verify, the influencing factors and optimal parameters combination were determined. [ Result ] The results showed that: in the experimental conditions the main factor affecting the rate of large and medium-sized sheet is hot air temperature, hot air temperature increases with the large piece rate, decreased; the main factors affecting the sensory quality of feed moisture content, air temperature, air velocity, the velocity of the belt, feed moisture content is higher or the hot air temperature is too high, too low on the sensory quality of the negative ; wind speed has a great influence on the moisture control, high speed wind, moisture control is more unstable; the leaf redrying process optimal parameters for the feed moisture content 16.0%, bottom frequency 35Hz, hot air temperature 80℃, velocity of hot air 30 Hz. [Conclusion] The study can provide a certain reference basis for design of tobacco leaf threshing and redrying technical parameters.
