摘　　要：现如今在市场化、全球化、信息化等共同作用下,所需要的人才须具备高素质、高品格、高修养。但由于各种各样的因素,制约并阻碍了大学生身心全面健康的发展。因此当代大学生在塑造个人能力,提高个人品格,提升个人素养等方面都离不开人文精神教育。只有在人文精神教育和科学教育共同作用下,才能全方位提高大学生的综合素质,才能进一步培养大学生全面发展的能力,才能使大学生正确地对待自我的价值观、人生观,才能突显大学生良好的品格特性。Now under the joint role of the market, globalization, information technology, , talents are required to have high quality, high character and high accomplishment. However, due to various factors, the overall physical and psychological health development of college students is restricted and hindered. Therefore, in shaping contemporary college students＇ personal capacities, improving their personal characters and enhancing their personal qualities, humanistic spirit education is insepara-ble. Only under the joint effect of humanistic spirit education and science education can the overall quality of college students be improved comprehensively, their capacity of comprehensive de-velopment be further cultivated, their outlooks on values and life be properly treated, and their good characters be highlighted.
