流式细胞仪在航海医学实验教学中的设计与应用

摘　　要：流式细胞仪作为一种先进的细胞定量分析检测仪器,广泛应用于航海医学专业教育与科研研究领域,并起到了关键作用。流式细胞仪实验课程通过流式细胞术原理讲解、仪器演示以及实验操作环节,帮助学员渐进学习和掌握相应内容。根据航海医学专业的教学需求,开设流式细胞仪实验课程,按照流式细胞仪的构造及原理讲解、细胞样本制备、细胞DNA含量和凋亡检测、操作演示等四方面进行教学。通过流式细胞仪实验课程教学的实施,学员整体加深了对流式细胞仪基础知识的理解和掌握,提升了动手操作能力、科研分析及解决问题的能力,为学员在日后的科研实验中利用该项技术奠定了良好的基础。Flow cytometry as a quantitative analysis of the most advanced cell testing equipment, is widely used in pharmacy professional education and scientiifc research in the ifeld, and played a key role. Flow cytometry experiments to explain the principles of lfow cytometry course, equipment demonstrations and experiments operating areas, to help students learn and master progressive. According to the characteristics of the teaching hospital pharmacy professional learning, the creation of lfow cytometry experiments curriculum, and designed a flow cytometer operation demonstration, explain the structure of the instrument, sample preparation, cell DNA content and apoptosis detection four teaching content. In the process of implementing the teaching of flow cytometry experiments, we found that participants overall deepened the understanding of the basics of flow cytometry and master, to enhance the hands-on ability, scientific analysis and problem-solving skills for students in future research real experimental use of the technology has laid a good foundation.
