摘  要:强化问题意识,是造就创新型人才的关键之一。但是受传统教学观念、教学模式、教师本身问题意识欠缺及生源素质较低等方面的影响,五年制师范生普遍缺乏问题意识。作为未来的幼儿教师,问题意识的缺乏不仅影响到自己的发展,而且关系到创新人才的培养。培养和提高学生的问题意识关键在于老师,高校应改革传统教学考核评价体系,提升教师素质,教会学生发现问题的技能,使学生敢于提问,有效提高学生的问题意识。Strengthening problem consciousness is the key to cultivate students'creativeness.But affected by traditional teaching method and the source of students, the lack of problem consciousness is common for five-year system normal students.As future teachers, the lack of problem consciousness not only affects their own development, but also affects the cultivation of students'creativeness.The key to cultivate and improve students'problem consciousness are teachers.So the colleges should reform the traditional teaching system, teach students the skills of discovering problems, so that students are dare to ask questions and have the ability to ask questions.The problem consciousness can be improved efficiently for five-year system normal students.
