摘　　要：从"业者有业,业者乐业"出发,论述个体本位论到社会本位论的时代局限。以人为本,探索从低层次的需求层次到高层次的自我实现、自我超越之间的依存与实现关系,探索黄炎培职业教育目的对当今职业人成长的现实意义,揭示人生存的真正意义。This article from ＂the industry has the industry, the industry of Leye starting, discusses individual standard theory to social standard on limitations of the times, people-oriented, exploration from low levels of demand level to a higher level of self realization, self transcendence between interdependence and relations, to explore the realistic meaning of Huang Yanpei Vocational education aim of today＇s vocational education development revealed the true meaning of human existence
