摘 要:研究了可以实现低碳交通运输目标的公铁两网之间货流转移问题.综合考虑公铁两网的货流特点,构建了考虑碳排放的公铁两网之间货流转移的0-1规划模型.模型中以碳税描述碳排放成本,以货物运输和转移成本以及在运输和转运过程中产生的碳排放成本最小化为目标函数,考虑节点的转运能力、单股公路货流转移特性以及铁路网弧段的输送能力等为约束条件.最后,详细叙述了求解模型的粒子群算法,并设计了算例进行求解.计算结果表明,货流由公路网转移至铁路网后,不仅提高了铁路网运能的利用率,也使得包含碳排放成本在内的总运输成本降低,验证了所构建模型的合理性.To achieve the goal of low carbon transportation,the transfer of freight flow between highway and railway was studied.Considering the characteristics of highway and railway freight flows,a 0-1 programming model for the transfer of freight flow between highway and railway based on carbon emissions was built.The proposed model uses carbon tax to describe the cost of carbon emissions.The objective function of the model is to minimize the costs of transportation and transfer of the freight flow,and the cost of the carbon emissions produced during these processes.The transfer capacity of the nodes,the transfer features of single highway freight flow and the transport capacity of railway network lines are set to be the constraints of the model.Finally,the steps of the particle swarm optimization algorithm are described in detail and a numerical case is given.Computation results show that when some freight flows are transferred from highway to railway,the utilization ratio of railway network is improved and the total transportation cost including the carbon emission cost is greatly reduced.The validity and feasibility of the proposed model is verified.
