摘 要:翻转课堂教学模式逐步在高职院校深入开展并实施。微课作为翻转课堂的首要和关键环节,已经被老师和同学们逐渐关注和接受。但目前微课作品质量参差不齐,部分教师在微课制作方面仍有畏难情绪。为了改变现状,做出更加贴合高职学生实际的微课,教师要从选题、教学设计和视频制作等几个方面做好微课的开发工作,并引导学生自主学习,利用智能手机、校园网络等优势资源做好微课的应用,为翻转课堂的有效实施打下坚实的基础。The teaching mode of flipped vocational colleges since it has been attached classroom has been introduced to and implemented in great attention and accepted. At present, the quality of micro courses vary, and a number of teachers still have difficulties in making micro courses. In order to change this status and make more practical courses to meet students' need, teachers should develop the course in consideration of various factors including topic choosing, teaching design, video making and so on, and make good application of the course with smart phones and campus net, thus to achieve a solid foundation for the effective implementation of the flipped classroom.
