摘  要:以西安地铁某区间盾构隧道涌水事故为依托,采用现场调查、超声波裂缝检测等方法,对涌水导致的病害状况进行了系统的分析。根据管片的病害状态,提出了采用壁可法处治管片裂缝、"钢筋网+高性能聚合物砂浆"处治错台破损的方法。勘察结果表明:管片裂缝深度主要集中在20~60mm之间,宽度主要集中在0.05~0.3mm之间;最大纵向错台约8cm,需要补强。病害处治后检测评估结果表明,壁可法和"钢筋网+高性能聚合物砂浆"的处治方法取得了预期效果,可为类似工程病害的处治提供借鉴。The segment disease caused by water gushing in a shield tunnel in Xi' an metro is analyzed by means of field survey and ultrasonic crack detection. According to the analyze results, the balloon injection for concrete structures (BICS) method is proposed to seal the segment cracks, and the reinforcement mesh and high performance mortar is advised to remedy the damage and dislocation disease. The research results show that the crack depth range is from 20mm to 60mm and the width is from 0.05mm to 0.2mm; the maximum longitudinal dislocation is about 8cm, and the segment should be repaired. The detection results show that the balloon injection for concrete structures method and reinforcement mesh and high performance mortar have a good effect on the treatment of segment disease. The results could provide a reference for the disease treatment of shield tunnel in loess stratum.
