摘　　要：当前我国经济社会发展面临很大挑战,特别是在资源环境方面,形势相当严峻。创新人才培养成为新时期我国环境保护专业教育的核心任务,需要不断推动教育教学创新,改进培养模式,积极开展教学学术研究,坚持可持续发展的教学质量观,促进学校人才培养质量的全面提高。结合理论课教学配套针对性的教学实验和训练是培养实践能力,实现人才培养质量全面提高的重要环节。China’ s economic development faces serious challenges , especially in the aspect of energy and environment .Cultivation of creative talents becomes the core mission in environment discipline in higher education .It should promote the teaching innovation ,improve the cultivation pattern ,carry out positively education study ,persist in the view of sustainable teaching quality ,and promote the overall improvement of talents quality .Experimental teaching and training are the important section for training practice ability and improving the quality of cultivation of talents .
