摘　　要：实验室全面开放涉及教育理念的创新、信息化条件的完善和管理体制的改革三大方面。教育理念创新是实验室全面开放的必要前提;实验室门禁制度、网络化运行及管理制度是实验室全面开放所必需的信息化管理的条件;普通高校的实验室管理体制的改革与完善是实验室全面开放的制度保障。The laboratory overall opening is related to innovation of education idea ,thorough informatization conditions and the reform of management system .Innovation of education idea is the premise of laboratory overall opening ;thorough informatization conditions include the laboratory closed door regime ,networking operation and management system .Reform and perfection of laboratory management system are the regime guarantee of laboratory overall opening in ordinary colleges and universities .
