导游职业技能竞赛机制下的高职旅游专业实训教学研究——以《广西导游基础知识》课程为例

摘　　要：在导游职业技能竞赛环境之下,改革高职旅游管理专业课程实训的模式,将竞赛的项目融入课程教学中,把学生技能的培养重点突出在专业知识应用能力和语言技能的综合训练和实践上,即实施校内情景实践教学和野外实战相结合的实训模式。通过对两届学生实施调查,证实学生职业技能得到较大的提高。Under tour guide vocational skill competition environment, reforms are conducted on practical training modes for tourism program in vocational colleges. Competition programs are incorporated into teaching process with the focus of training skills placed on practical application ability of professional knowledge and comprehensive training and practice of language skills. Namely, combination of on-campus situational practice teaching with field practice is implementated. An investigation conducted on two grades of graduuates suggests significant improvement of their vocational skills.
