扩大云南省缅甸留学生规模的态势分析及市场发展策略

摘　　要：摘要：在桥头堡建设指引下，扩大缅甸留学生规模是云南省留学生教育事业发展的必然。运用态势分析，对云南省扩大缅甸留学生规模所具有的优势和机遇，存在的劣势和威胁进行了全面分析，认为云南省扩大缅甸留学生规模这一目标一定能实现，并提出了对内要构建留学生生态教育体系，满足学生需求以“出口”促“进口”，狠抓队伍渠道实现有效宣传，形成合力促进资源有效利用等发展市场策略。With the Gateway construction, Yunnan is inevitable to increase its enrollment scale of foreign students. After an overall analysis of the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that Yunnan has in increasing its enrollment scale of Myanmar students, this paper, based on the SWOT analysis, concludes that the goal to increase the enrollment scale of Myanmar students is to be achieved. Also, development strategies are proposed： to build up an eco-educational system for foreign students, satisfy the needs of Myanmar stu- dents and promote the enrollment by bettering their job prospects, put emphases on recruiting staff and publicity to realize fruitful recruit- meat and cultivate join force to facilitate the efficient use of resources.
