摘　　要：依据社会、行业、企业对技能型人才需求及中职学生学习特点,构建了面向中职生源学生职业素养和职业技能相融合的人才培养体系,变"补短教育"为"扬长教育"的教育教学方式。形成了适应中高职衔接与提升、适应国家职业标准、适应岗位需求、适应创新能力培养的"四适应"人才培养方案和配套教学文件。探索了中等和高等职业教育有机衔接的途径,为构建中等、高等职业教育有效衔接的现代职业教育体系进行了有效尝试。According to the talents requirements of the society ,the industry and the enterprise as well as the characteristics of the secondary vocational students ,a new talents training sys‐tem is constructed to train the vocational capacity and professional skills of secondary voca‐tional students . The new training system emphasizes on giving full play to students’ strengths and making up for their weaknesses ,according to which a new talents training pro‐gram and the relevant teaching papers are formed .The new program is able to link the sec‐ondary and higher vocational education ,can meet the national vocational standards and the job requirements ,and is good for cultivating students’ creativity .This essay explores the way of linking the secondary and higher vocational education ,which will be the reference for building the modern vocational education system .
