摘  要:为探究残疾大学生就业能力与就业结果的关系,本研究采用自编的残疾大学生就业能力测量量表,对467名残疾大学生进行调查。结果表明:(1)残疾大学生的就业能力处于中等水平,整体水平低于普通大学生;(2)不同残疾程度的残疾大学生就业能力存在显著差异,且在自我效能感维度上的差异显著;(3)残疾大学生就业能力与就业结果存在显著正相关;(4)就业能力中的职业认同、自我效能感和人力资本对残疾大学生的工作满意度具有预测作用;就业能力中的职业认同、自我效能感、人际交往和人力资本均对残疾大学生的月收入具有预测作用。This study, by using a self-devised scale for disabled college students' employability to test 467 disabled college students, aims to explore the construct of disabled college students' employability and its effect on their employment. The results show the following: ( 1 ) The disabled college students show a medium level of employability ( on the whole a lower level of employabihty than normal college students ) ; (2) those disabled college students with different degrees of disability show a significant difference in their employability, as well as in their self-efficacy; (3) there is a significantly positive correlation between the disabled college students' employability and their employment; and (4) their career identity, self-efficacy, and human capital have a predictive effect on their employment satisfaction; their career identity, self-efficacy, interpersonal communication and human capital have a predictive effect on their monthly income.
