摘  要:为探索中学教师集体自尊、工作满意度与离职意向的关系,研究采用集体自尊量表、工作满意度量表和离职意向问卷对224名中学教师进行问卷调查。结果表明,集体自尊、工作满意度和离职意向之间相关显著,私密性集体自尊、公众性集体自尊正向预测工作满意度,私密性集体自尊负向预测离职意向;工作满意度在私密性集体自尊和离职意向之间起完全中介作用,在公众性集体自尊和离职意向关系中起完全中介作用。The present study aims to explore the relationship between secondary school teachers' collective self-esteem, job satisfaction and turnover intentions, by using the collective self-esteem scale, the job satisfaction scale, and the turnover intentions scale to test 224 secondary school teachers. The results show the following: there is a significant correlation between collective self-esteem, job satisfaction and turnover intentions; private collective self-esteem and public collective self-esteem help positively predict job satisfaction, and private collec- tive self-esteem helps negatively predict turnover intentions; and job satisfaction completely mediates between col- lective self-esteem (private collective self-esteem and pubhc collective self-esteem included) and turnover intentions.
