摘  要:分析多元智能理论下的高职学前英语人才培养,提出设定多元化的培养目标、培养多元化的岗位技能、采用多元化的教学方法与教学组织形式、建立多元化的教学评价方式的改革思路,为多元智能而教、用多元智能来教,注重评价的情境性、动态性、多元性,形成良好的智能观、人才观、教育观、学生观、教学观、评价观,以期培养出高素质复合型高职学前英语人才。This paper analyzed the cultivation of future pre -school English education talents in higher vocational colleges un-der the Theory of Multiple Intelligences.It put forward the reform idea of setting diversified cultivating goals,developing diver-sified post skills,adopting diversified teaching methods and teaching forms,and establishing diversified ways of teaching evalu-ation.It emphasized the teaching of multiple intelligences and with multiple intelligences as well as the situational,dynamic, and diversified teaching evaluation.To cultivate all -round developed pre -school English education talents,it was necessary to form proper view of intelligence,view of talents,view of education,view of students,view of teaching,and view of evalua-tion.
