摘　　要：应用型本科院校人才培养的核心问题是提升学生的应用能力。"组织行为学"是一门应用性很强的课程、教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式、教学资源等方面应紧紧围绕学生的应用能力培养与提升,从而更好地培养适应国家和社会发展需要的应用型人才。To enhance students＇ applying ability is a significant aim for the application-oriented colleges. The organizational behavior science is one of the subjects requiring applications. The design of the course program focuses predominantly on training and enhancing students＇ ability to use what they learn at classes, by highly combining the principle, methodology, resources of teaching and the way to grade students＇ performance. The ultimate target and achievement is to make students trained and adopted to the changing world.
