摘 要:实验室安全无小事,其事关国家、集体及个人的利益;实验室安全教育是根本,其可以防微杜渐、预防为先。浙江11所高校的实证调查表明,高校实验室安全教育存在轻视课程师资建设、教育过程管理、实践实训教育、教师(研究生)教育及执规(法)不严等问题。通过综合分析,提出应从课程师资建设、以规(法)治校、拓宽教育广度、改进过程管理、搭建多方协作平台等五个方面入手来进一步加强高校实验室安全教育工作,以促进高校实验室安全文化的形成,为师生营造一个和谐、安全的工作和学习环境。There is no small matter in laboratory safety, It is closely related to the interests of the state, the collective and the individual, hence laboratory safety education is very important. Prevention is first. An empirical investigation on the laboratory safety education of 11 universities in Zhejiang province showed that there was contempt for university laboratory safety education, such as curriculum and teacher development, education process management, practice training education, teachers (postgraduate) education, and lax enforcement etc. In order to promote the safety culture in the laboratories and create a harmonious and safe working and learning environment for teachers and students, we proposed that five aspects about the university laboratory safety education should be further strengthened involving curriculum teacher development, managing the university by law, broadening the breadth of education, improving process management and building a multi-party collaboration platform by the comprehensive analysis.
