大学精神与教师行为关系探析

摘　　要：大学精神对教师行为具有重要的激励、导向和规范作用,大学教师行为是大学精神的具体体现,这二者是相互影响,相互作用的。近年来,大学精神在大学教师行为中的缺位,大学教师行为失范等问题凸显。理清大学精神和教师行为这二者之间的内在逻辑关系,指出二者关系面临的实然困境,提出相应的改善路径,就显得尤为重要了。University spirit can exert important encouragement,orientation and standardization on teachers＇behavior while university teachers＇behavior is the specific embodiment of university spirit. The two are closely connected and interact mutually. In recent years,the absence of university spirit in university teachers＇behavior and some misconduct problems in university teachers＇behavior are ubiquitous. It seems important and urgent to clarify the internal logic of the relationship between university spirit and university teachers＇ behavior, point out the factual predicament faced in the relationship between the two and put forward some corresponding path to improve it.
