高职基础护理技术实训课程教学改革实践与思考

摘　　要：通过对目前高职基础护理技术实训课程教学改革实践现状及问题的全面剖析,查找不足,在改革教学内容及方法、加强教师团队建设、改进实训室管理等方面有针对性地提出对策,为提升基护实训教学水平和培养高素质的护理技能人才提供依据。This paper proposed countermeasures to reform teaching contents and methods, to strengthen the con- struction of teachers＂ team, to improve training rooms management, through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation and problems of the teaching reform of Basic Nursing Technical Training course in vocational and technolo- gy college, in order to provide basis for enhancing nursing practice teaching level and training high-quality nursing skills talents.
